Face it, Laurana

by Bradley

September was marked by a proliferation of new faces for Laurana. Her continuing mission was to search out new muscles and connective tissue, to boldly go where no expression had gone before. We believe her mission was a smashing success, but we’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Album 1: Laurana’s Blue Dress and Connor’s Visit
Album 2: Laurana Discovers the Mirror
Album 3: Laurana at 3 Months and Auntie Sharon
Album 4: Uncle Trav Visits and Laurana Tries Headwear

Will October bring a maturation of expression and more refined control of her facial contortions, or will Laurana seek new heights of emotive sillyness? Stay tuned…

    Hi Brad,

I enjoyed looking at the pics tonight. Laurana looked so little and it is just amazing to think of all the changes that have occured in her already. It was fun to go down memory lane again. Thanks for your hard work.
    Love, Mom

Hey guys: What great photos you shared in your April edition. Sarah, I bet you knitted Laurana’s cute orange sweater. She looks sooo cute in it. Good job!

Your captions, Brad, always make me laugh. I bet you were cold that late day at the beach, but it was worth it. Your sunsets are terrific. By chance do cousin Aaron and family receive your web page? I got a note last week that he is looking for fall leaf pictures to use in an upcoming church youth brochure. I bet he would like the one you took of the fall grasses and red berries in sharp focus. Just thought I would pass that need on. I send 3 that I had taken.

We are doing well. Easter was a great day. We went to early service and 5 people accepted Jesus as Lord. Then we heard about second service and 20 more new baby Christians were born! Awesome. We came home, enjoyed
Eggs Benedict Sawyer style and fresh made cinnamon rolls. Later in the afternoon we were invited to share a late lunch with new friends from church in their home. Turns out that the wife’s brother was a college chum of ours up in Portland back in l964-65. Yet a small world.

We send our love, prayers, and happy wishes to all three of you. Say, was the new puppy Tim’s or is it yours? It sure is a cute dog.

    Bye for now,
    GAS
